Where it all began....the only of its kind....the original Camp217 boot camp. We've created our own brand of exercise....The total package in fat loss, weight loss, toning, and muscle building. This boot camp is geared up just for women and where we have trouble. It focuses on nutrition and fitness for one whole month, and teaches you how to eat right and workout, and how to make it stick! Our goal is to teach you everything you need to know to make a true lifestyle change. That forever kinda thing! There are three classes to choose from, and the group you choose will be there to offer no judgment and LOTS of encouragement! You meet twice per week with your group and trainer. Those days are Tuesday, and Saturday. After a month of this boot camp, your life will be changed forever. All you have to do is put in the work and stay determined! This aint ya Momma's workout group! This hardcore, life changing experience will give you some crazy results!

No dance experience required; just a desire to tone up in a new, fun way! This isn't your typical aerobics class; this is specifically designed to shred your body and burn fat all in a short amount of time!! If you are looking to get back into shape or tone up even more this class has something for you.
